Return Policy


  1. Any updates, changes or cancellations must be made within 12 hours of order on all customized items. To make this request on your customized orders only please emails us Please include your order number in your email. We will reply within 24 hours. 

  2. After 12 hours your order will begin the process of designing. You will not be able to make any changes after this point 

  3. No returns or exchange is allowed for customized items. After order has been processed, all sales are final for customized items.  

  4. In order to be eligible for a refund, the item ordered must be returned within 30 days from delivery. After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and then process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method and will be transferred to your credit card within days depending on your credit card issuer’s policy.  

  5. Returned and exchanges on non-customized items will only be accepted if items are in new conditions, unaltered, not worn, and free of damages from customers.  

  6. All items cannot be returned after 30 days from delivery.  

  7. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on all non-customized returned items. Shipping cost are non-refundable. The refund shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.  

  8. Customer who wishes to cancel an order please contact us at as soon as possible. If your order has not been shipped yet, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has been shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we receive your returned item.
